Paid rentals, activations, installations, custom production, and event services may also be governed by a proposal, invoice, statement of work, event-services agreement, rental agreement, residency agreement, activation agreement, or other written contract. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for the contracted services.Website descriptions, estimated pricing, examples, availability statements, and inquiry responses are not binding offers. A date or project is not confirmed until ICON receives all required agreements and payments.
2 Eligibility Authority and Minors

If you use a service or submit information for a business, agency, venue, organization, event host, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act for that party.A minor may participate only with the supervision and permission of a parent, legal guardian, event host, or other responsible adult as required by law. An adult who initiates, approves, or pays for a session involving a minor represents that the adult has authority to permit the minor's participation and the uses disclosed at the booth or event. These Terms do not transfer authority that an adult does not legally possess.
3 Permitted Use
You may use ICON services only for lawful, personal, event-related, or authorized business purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation; introduce malware; gain unauthorized access; scrape or extract data without permission; copy, sell, or commercially exploit ICON content; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or infringing material; enter another person's contact information without permission; evade payment; tamper with a booth; or access event content you are not authorized to view.ICON may restrict access or suspend a session where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or action is needed to protect a person, equipment, information, or the service.

Certain privacy laws recognize browser- or device-based opt-out preference signals that communicate a user's choice regarding the sale or sharing of personal information or the use of personal information for targeted advertising.Where ICON is legally required to recognize an applicable opt-out preference signal, we will process a legally valid signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as required by applicable law and to the extent the signal can be detected and applied to the relevant browser, device, or consumer profile. An opt-out preference signal may apply differently depending on the law governing the request, the signal being transmitted, the technologies involved, whether the visitor can be identified, and whether an applicable legal exemption exists.A preference signal does not necessarily disable cookies that are required to operate, secure, or provide the website.
8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
ICON does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly and may classify certain disclosures through advertising, analytics, or similar technologies as regulated activities even when no money changes hands. If ICON uses technology that creates a right to opt out under applicable law, ICON will provide the notice and choice required by that law.Where required, an applicable opt-out may be available through our cookie controls, privacy-choice mechanism, a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, or another method identified in our Privacy Policy.
9. Mobile Information and Messaging Consent
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS or MMS opt-in information, and messaging consent records collected for ICON photo delivery or messaging programs are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.Cookie or advertising technologies are not authorized to override the restrictions applicable to mobile information and messaging consent described in our Privacy Policy.Service providers may process limited information as necessary to transmit, host, secure, maintain, or support requested services subject to applicable restrictions.
10. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a "Do Not Track" or similar setting. There is not a single universally accepted standard governing all Do Not Track signals. Accordingly, we may not respond to a traditional Do Not Track setting unless applicable law requires otherwise. This is different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, which may be processed as described in Section 7.

12. Consent
Where applicable law requires consent before storing or accessing a nonessential cookie or using information for a particular purpose, we will seek the required consent before engaging in the applicable activity.Where legally permitted, continued use of strictly necessary technologies does not depend on consent because those technologies are used to provide requested functionality, maintain security, or support other legally permitted purposes.Consent may be withdrawn through available cookie or privacy controls where required by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
