We look at the venue, available footprint, guest flow, and residency potential. If it looks like a strong match, we schedule a discovery call or site visit to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

03. DESIGN THE RESIDENCY
We develop a custom concept for the space, including the booth exterior, finishes, curtain, illuminated panels, touchscreen experience, photo strips, digital delivery, pricing, and revenue-share structure.

04. INSTALL, LAUNCH, MANAGE
Once the design is approved, we produce, deliver, and install the booth. We manage payments, supplies, maintenance, service, reporting, and monthly revenue-share payouts throughout the residency.
