Participation in an ICON photo booth is voluntary.
When you request digital delivery of a photo or GIF, we maycollect:

· Opt-out, help, or delivery-support requests
Entering a telephone number or email address solely toreceive requested content does not enroll you in recurring marketing.

Depending on the event agreement and guest disclosures,authorized event clients, agencies, brands, venues, or organizers may receiveaccess to:
· Event photos and GIFs
· Event galleries
· Session or usage information
· Aggregated reporting
· Guest information collected through a separate,clearly disclosed opt-in
A telephone number or email address entered solely fordelivery of a requested photo will not be provided to an event client formarketing unless the guest separately and affirmatively agrees to that use.
ICON will use identifiable guest photos for its ownportfolio, website, advertising, or social media only when authorized throughan applicable agreement, release, event notice, or other valid permission.
ICON offers optional SMS and MMS delivery of requestedphotos, GIFs, or download links through the ICON Booths Photo Delivery program.
Guests opt in by entering a mobile telephone number on thephoto booth touchscreen and selecting Send My Photo after viewing theapplicable messaging disclosure.
Message frequency depends on the number of delivery requestsmade and is generally one SMS or MMS message for each requested photo delivery.
Message and data rates may apply according to therecipient’s wireless plan.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of:
· Purchasing a product or service
· Booking ICON
· Entering an event
· Participating in a photo booth session
· Receiving printed photos
ICON does not send recurring promotional messages throughthe photo-delivery program.
Separate express consent will be obtained before anyrecurring marketing text messages are sent.
Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the sending number.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undeliveredmessages. Delivery depends on carrier service, internet access, devicecompatibility, and the accuracy of the number provided.
ICON does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers,SMS or MMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with third parties oraffiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide limited mobile information to serviceproviders that transmit, host, secure, or support requested messages. Thoseproviders may process the information only as necessary to provide services toICON and may not use it for their own marketing.
The above restriction applies even where another part ofthis Policy permits information to be disclosed to service providers, clients,venues, business partners, or in connection with a business transaction.
Guests may enter an email address to receive a requestedphoto, GIF, gallery, or service-related communication.
Receiving requested content by email does not automaticallyenroll the recipient in marketing.
Where email marketing is offered, consent will be presentedseparately. Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from through the link in themessage.
We may continue to send non-promotional communicationsneeded to respond to a request, administer a service, complete a transaction,or address a legal or security issue.

Mobile opt-in data and telephone numbers collected throughthe ICON Booths Photo Delivery program will not be provided to these partiesfor marketing or promotional purposes.

· Protect the rights, safety, or property of ICONor another person
· Investigate fraud, security incidents, misuse,or unlawful activity

Information may be transferred as part of a merger,acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
Mobile opt-in data and messaging consent remain subject tothe non-sharing restrictions stated in this Policy.

ICON does not sell personal information for money.
Certain state privacy laws may define “sale,” “sharing,” or“targeted advertising” broadly enough to include some uses of advertising oranalytics technology.

Event content and galleries may be removed after theapplicable availability or retention period ends. Guests and clients shoulddownload content they wish to retain.

No website, network, messaging system, transmission method,or storage platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
